We know you have questions and we're happy to answer them. If you don't find the answer to your question here, please call our boutique and one of our Bridal Consultants will be happy to speak with you.

Will I have help picking out my bridal gown?

Absolutely! We will assist you every step of the way. We start with a sit down consultation and get to know you and get to know what you envision for your wedding day.

How long is my appointment?

Bridal gown appointments are blocked off for up to 1.5 hours.

Who should I bring?

Bring someone whose opinion you appreciate, someone who knows you and what you may or may not like. It’s important that the time spent is focused on you.

When do I schedule my first fitting?

After arrival and inspection of your gown, one of our staff will contact you to let you know your gown has arrived and that it’s time to get you scheduled for your first fitting. Please allow 6 – 8 weeks before your wedding for your first fitting. Bridesmaids should allow 4 – 6 weeks for their first fitting.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Bring any pictures of gowns you’ve seen. We will have undergarments and shoes available for your use when trying on gowns.

How many fittings will I need?

Most brides will require 2 (potentially 3) fittings. After the final fitting, your wedding gown will be pressed, packaged, and ready to go home with you.

What if I don't click with my consultant?

Not a problem. Everyday leading up to your wedding day is what counts with us. We want every second spent in our store to be a pleasure. If you don’t find the bond with the consultant that has been assigned to you, please don’t hesitate to speak to the manager. We will make arrangements for you to work with another bridal consultant.

How far in advance should I purchase my bridal gown?

We can best serve you by allowing 8 – 12 months to order your gown.

I'm getting married in less than 6 months - is it too late to order a gown?

No, it’s not too late, but now is crunch time and timeliness from here out is key. Your options will be to either buy one of our sample gowns directly off the rack or we can work to find a dress that can be special ordered in time. Special Orders will incur additional charges for expedited shipping. Keep in mind that a delayed bridal gown purchase has just pushed back your fittings as well. We will help you as much as possible to ensure a quick turnaround if necessary.

What do I bring to my first fitting?

You will need to bring your shoes and undergarments that you are wearing on your wedding day. Without these items your fitting will not be accurate.

Do you have an in-house seamstress?

Yes! We have a seamstress available on Wednesdays from 10am – 8pm. You may choose to consult with her first on pricing and necessary alterations for a $25 fee or if you know you are ready to jump in and get started we can just get you set up with a first fitting. Appointments can be booked through our shop.
